Why it exists
Why LtdRecord exists.
We tried running company paperwork on templates and AI chat. Drafting documents was never the hard part.
The hard part was the step before: what is this action? A personal card payment with a partial reimbursement isn’t one document — it’s a purchase record, a reimbursement note, and a director-loan question.
So we built the tool that starts there.
