Yes. UK company law requires every limited company to keep adequate records of its decisions and transactions — including dividend paperwork, director-loan records and board minutes — and to retain them for at least six years. LtdRecord produces and files that paperwork as you go.
No. Every pack is a draft based on the information you provide, written for you and your accountant to review. LtdRecord does not give legal, tax, accounting or company secretarial advice, and does not file accounts or tax returns.
